In June 2004, G. Daniel Templeton created AmerIPatent, LLC. In 2006 he announced the formation of Aptimise.

Using innovation as the engine for growth, in a little more than 2 years Dan has grown his intellectual property firm into a 10 person management advisory firm focused on creating competitive advantage for their clients.

Since then, Aptimise has continued serving clients by continuing to create additional competitive advantage using three strategic tools:

To deliver lasting competitive advantage for their clients, Aptimise uses tools such as TRIZ, Six Sigma, and Lean Management to create the innovative solutions.

Located in Fort Wayne, IN, Aptimise has clients throughout the United States. In late 2007, Aptimise formed an alliance with Ideation International, the leading developer of TRIZ technology. Aptimise is now the national distributor of I-TRIZ products for Inventive Problem Solving.
