Ron graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from Bowling Green State University. During his career, Ron has held positions ranging from Facilities Engineer to Design Engineering Manager to Products and Operations Manager for all products and customer interactions for products with sales in excess of $100 million. Industry experience includes plastics molding, chemical compounding, quality management and fabrication of molded and assembled building products.

Relating his experience and knowledge to your situation, he is able to relate to all levels of operational and executive staff. It is through his ability to get to the root of the obstacle, problem, or situation that allows him to create and implement practical solutions that reduce cost, increase results and best serve the clients needs and wants.
