a manufacturing operation. Highly experienced in the plastics
molding industries, steel fabrication and PLC controlled, advanced
manufacturing, he offers a comprehensive background in project
management, technical supervision, and maintenance management.
Dave’s
friendliness and openness allow him to relate to all levels
of operational and maintenance staff. His thorough analysis
of client situations and problems creates the ability to devise
and implement innovative solutions that reduce cost, increase
"uptime" and best serve the clients needs and wants.
Possessing
over 25 years experience in facility engineering and management,
Dave has completed a variety of projects ranging from relocation
of manufacturing equipment and facilities to development of
innovative manufacturing processes resulting in patented technology.
His latest project work includes management of a facility construction
project containing bulk storage for both liquid and dry raw
materials, accompanied with automated environmental and handling
controls and sensors.
Dave
holds a degree in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute in
Fort Wayne, IN. Additional education includes classes in Lean
Manufacturing; Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); PLC logic
covering all brands of currently used PLCs; and Advanced Hydraulics
used in automated molding presses.
