June 23 • Indianapolis, IN • Introduction to TRIZ — This is an introduction to the most powerful method for solving problems, determining the reasons for systems/product failure, and forecasting for product development. The participant will receive a license to Ideation Brainstorming software.
June 24-26 • Indianapolis, IN • Inventive Problem Solving — This is an in depth course on the use of Inventive Problem Solving. The Inventive problem solving methodology allows the user to solve problems that require solutions that have not been readily found and/or that present seemingly un resolvable contradictions The participant all necessary materials plus a license to Ideation Brainstorming and Ideation Workbench software.
July 29-31 • Indianapolis, IN • Anticipatory Failure Determination (AFD) — This course is instruction on the methods of analysis of failures. The failure analysis methods taught are often compared to Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA). In every instance of comparison, it has been determined that AFD exceeds FMEA in effectiveness and development of product ideas..
